All Quiet.
So I’m terrible at social networking, and just because I haven’t been updating this doesn’t for a second mean that I’ve stopped doing work. Recently, most of what I’ve been drawing has been sketchbook stuff.
After the stressful culmination of the degree show and all the stuff that came after it (the exhibition in London, graduation etc) it’s been really good...

Exhibition Preparation
Being a proud logistics member means the job of creating an invigilator rotor falls to me to complete.

Progress Update
It appears work doesn’t come to realisation as quickly as I’d like it to. The next image is certainly on its way, but a lot of recorrection etc. has gone on and (if I’m honest) not enough dedication to the piece. It’ll be displayed in the now refurbished theatre that’s currently being used for art installations, exhibitions, projects etc so I’m looking forward to seeing what sort of space it is and more to the point looking at some photos on display/drinking some wine. Photography of...

The Plan of Action
The last picture uploaded on this blog was from last terms project, the essay of which I will continually keep using extracts from being part of that module. The crux of the matter is that a lot about my ideas on symbolism had changed. I realised I have a LOT of reading to get through, a lot of it philosophy and culture analysis, which I’m looking forward to and am a little worried about...

The Shape of Junk to Come.
The start of a new university year brings with it a lot of apprehension about what direction I now need to decide to take my work in. “Year Two” sounds pretty intimidating, but having said all that, I’m more looking forward to seeing what comes of the ideas I have already in all honesty. The summer left me with a lot of money issues and unfortunately less work produced than I...
